Effective Date: August 11, 2026. This Privacy Policy explains how Workithm handles personal information when Creators use the Service, clients open private delivery links, or visitors use Workithm's public pages.
Workithm handles information provided by Creators, clients using private delivery links, public-page visitors, and service providers. The categories below describe the current account, payout, delivery, payment, technical, support, and analytics information used to operate the Service.
Creator account data may include name, verified email, account identifier, authentication and account status, profile information, settings, storage allowances, invitation or referral state, creation and update timestamps, and communications sent to support. Authentication credentials and verification status are handled through the authentication service used by Workithm.
For payout setup, Workithm handles the Creator's verified account email and private mobile number. The complete mobile number is stored in a private contact record, while Creator-facing payout status interfaces display only a masked form. The mobile number is treated as private payout data, not public profile data.
PAN, account-holder name, full bank account number, and IFSC are submitted through Workithm to a third-party payout provider for onboarding. These complete values necessarily transit Workithm's server during submission. Workithm's persisted vendor-status record is limited to provider-account and onboarding status information and, when available, the payout-destination type and last four characters rather than the complete bank account or PAN.
Client and delivery data may include client name, a private client payment-contact email when payment-gated delivery is used, delivery title, uploaded files, original and client-facing filenames, file type and byte-size metadata, previews, Creator messages, client feedback, media timestamps, revision rounds, version history, approvals, acceptance records, expiry information, and download activity.
A client may use a private delivery link without creating a Workithm account. The link acts as a capability: anyone who has it may be able to view the information exposed for that delivery and, when access rules permit, open previews or files. Creators should share delivery links only with intended recipients. A private client payment-contact email is kept in private delivery and payment records rather than the public delivery projection.
Standard delivery does not require client payment and does not require a client payment-contact email or payer mobile for the delivery itself. Optional payment-gated delivery, where available, requires additional client contact, acceptance, commercial, payment, refund, settlement, and access-status records so Workithm can keep files locked until the payment provider reports successful payment.
Payment, refund, and dispute handling is also described in the Terms and Refund Policy. Payment and payout features depend on third-party provider availability and may be unavailable.
When a client proceeds to payment, Workithm collects the payer mobile number and handles payment-provider order, session, and status identifiers; amount and currency information; delivery-version and terms-acceptance evidence; transaction status; and refund and settlement records. The payment provider may receive the client name, private payment-contact email, payer mobile number, amount, and related checkout information needed to process the transaction.
Workithm does not collect or store complete card numbers, CVVs, UPI PINs, or online-banking credentials. Payment-instrument credentials are entered with and handled by the payment provider under that provider's own terms and privacy policy.
Workithm may process IP address, browser and user-agent information, device and request details, timestamps, authentication cookies and tokens, session information, security and activity records, diagnostic and error records, provider response status, and rate-limiting information. Some security identifiers are derived or hashed so they can be used to detect abuse without being displayed as profile information.
When someone applies through the public founding-beta form, Workithm collects the submitted name or studio name, email, next-delivery timing, location, submission time, and browser user-agent information. This information is used to review and respond to the application.
Workithm uses cookies, local or session storage, and similar technologies for authentication, invitation proofs, session security, remembered email or theme choices, and payment-tab coordination. The public landing page uses Google Analytics to understand visits and how the page is used. Google Analytics may set or read identifiers and receive browser, device, interaction, and network information under Google's own policy. Browser settings or privacy tools may limit cookies, storage, or analytics where applicable, although some Service features may then work differently.
Workithm shares information only as reasonably necessary with the Creator and intended delivery participants, service providers that operate relevant parts of the Service, and legal authorities or other parties when required by law or necessary to protect Workithm, users, or others. A delivery recipient may see the client and delivery information made available through that delivery's private link.
Current service categories include Google Firebase for authentication, database functions, and certain storage; Google Analytics for public-page measurement; cloud object storage; hosting, content-delivery, font, email, and authentication services; payment and payout providers where available; and YouTube, Vimeo, or Loom when a Creator supplies an external preview. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies. The privacy pages themselves request assets from Google Fonts and the Tailwind CDN.
Workithm does not require a client account for a private delivery link. Possession of the link may provide access to its projected delivery information, so recipients should not forward it unless authorized by the Creator. Access can also depend on expiry, delivery status, approval, payment status, and other current access rules.
When a delivery uses a YouTube, Vimeo, or Loom preview, the recipient's browser may connect directly to that provider. The provider may receive IP address, browser or device information, the requested media identifier, and identifiers it sets or reads under its own policy. Uploaded image previews and delivery files are handled through Workithm's storage services instead.
A delivery link's expiry controls link access and is separate from file retention. Delivery files may have a selected retention period, after which cleanup may be scheduled. Cleanup is not guaranteed at an exact time and may take longer because of retries, security review, operational recovery, or backups.
Account, delivery, acceptance, payment, refund, settlement, support, security, and diagnostic records may remain longer when needed to operate the Service, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, comply with law, or preserve backups. Creators should retain their own copies of important files. Deletion or account-closure requests may be sent to support, but certain records may need to be retained where legally or operationally required.
Workithm uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and Workithm cannot guarantee absolute security.
Depending on applicable law, you may request access to or correction or deletion of your information, withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, or request account closure and privacy support. Workithm may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and some information may be retained for legal, security, payment, dispute, or backup reasons. Information may be processed in countries other than the one where you live because service providers may operate internationally. The processing location and protections applicable to transferred information depend on the provider, the service used, applicable contracts, and applicable law. Workithm does not promise that information remains only in India.
Age and eligibility requirements may depend on how the Service is used. Eligibility for payment or payout features is separate from ordinary Standard delivery and may be subject to legal, identity, and provider requirements. A parent or guardian with a privacy concern about information submitted by a minor may contact workithm-support@ace.me.
Workithm may update this Privacy Policy as the Service or applicable requirements change. If a change is material, Workithm may provide notice through the Service, by email where appropriate, or by updating the effective date shown above.
