Questions before you share.

Does every client have to pay through Workithm?

No. Standard makes approved files available without requiring payment. Secure Vault is an optional feature that unlocks final files only after the payment provider confirms payment.

Does my client need a Workithm account?

No. Clients can review, comment, approve, and download files directly from the shared link without creating a Workithm account.

Which preview providers can I use?

Workithm supports external previews from YouTube, Vimeo and Loom.

When do Secure Vault final files unlock?

Secure Vault final files are released only after the payment provider confirms the payment. Workithm cannot guarantee settlement or prevent refunds, reversals, disputes, or chargebacks. Availability is subject to provider approval, eligibility, geographic availability, and operational requirements. The total amount payable, including any applicable Workithm fee, is displayed in INR before checkout.

What does Delivery Pass cover?

A Delivery Pass covers a single delivery when the total file size exceeds the Creator’s available Base Storage. Delivery Pass options include up to 8 GB for ₹29, 20 GB for ₹59, or 50 GB for ₹99.
